Freight:
Unless
otherwise specified or agreed to, all goods will be shipped by UPS surface
freight, pre-paid and charges added to the invoice. All domestic freight
charges are invoiced at prevailing UPS rates plus insurance. The customer may specify
alternate shipping (e.g., Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select), at time of
order for additional charge.
Freight Damage:
Any
and all damage claims must be made with the responsible carrier. Claims must be
made by you the customer, as Zeckhausen Racing can not initiate claims on your
behalf.
International Orders:
Credit cards for international orders will be accepted at Zeckhausen Racing's discretion. We may request that high value orders be paid with wire transfer, prior to shipment of goods. Customers are responsible for any duties or tariffs imposed by local government agencies. For shipments to Canada, United Parcel Service (UPS), will charge the customer additional border brokerage fees on Standard (Ground) shipments. For this reason, we recommend that Canadian customers select United States Postal Service (USPS) shipping at checkout, since they do not charge these fees. For heavier items, such as brake rotors, USPS sometimes becomes impractical due to weight limitations, and may not show up as an option on the checkout screen. If you contact us, we will let you know all your shipping options and make recommendations based on our experience and your deadline.
Returns:
Returns are allowed only with prior authorization and RMA number. Any shortages must be reported within 2 days of receipt and original cartons saved. Return requests must be received within 7 days of receipt of merchandise and original carton saved. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of return authorization, freight prepaid. It is strongly suggested that customers use an insurable and trackable method, such as UPS or FedEx and email us the tracking number, when available. That will help us process your return more quickly.
No returns on products which are outdated, opened, damaged, or otherwise not sellable. No returns allowed on parts once installed. Special Order Items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELABLE. No returns on items without manufacturer's original (unspoiled) packaging materials. All manuals, outer cartons, boxes, must be in original condition. No returns allowed if these items are taped, ripped, soiled, or otherwise altered. Zeckhausen Racing is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or improper installation.
Returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card after inspection and approval. Please allow up to 30 days from our receipt of your return for your credit. Returns, other than defects or damages, will be subject to a 20% ($20 Minimum) restocking charge. Shipping fees are not refundable. All sales are final.
